Join us for Planning for Success: Getting Ready for 2025, a workshop designed for leaders committed to fostering a thriving workplace. Together we will consider the strategic planning, and innovative thinking needed to drive positive change in your school with a lens to improve staff wellbeing.

Key focus areas include:

  • Enhancing staff wellbeing by mitigating workplace stressors (using pre-existing data from your school setting)
  • Applying the 5I’s framework for successful change; Identify, ideate, innovate, implement and integrate
  • Using de-implementation techniques to phase out what is no longer needed.

Don't leave your school's success to chance. Join us to equip yourself with practical strategies for immediate implementation, ensuring your staff feel, work, team and lead well. Take this opportunity to plan for a successful year ahead, creating an environment where all educators thrive, setting the foundation for sustained success in 2025 and beyond. Engage with like-minded professionals, exchange ideas, and build a supportive network.
